Farragut Stakeholders is committed to enriching our community by providing valuable programs and resources. We offer FREE workshops on financial literacy, legal rights, education, taxes, disabilities, and public speaking. Our goal is to empower our neighbors and introduce them to the exciting opportunities right here in our backyard. We also focus on meeting the diverse needs of our youth through tailored programming, including technology initiatives for all ages. Additionally, we strive to promote arts and culture by providing access to museums, concerts, theaters, and outdoor spaces. Community
We are looking for local programs, resources and information to bring to our community. These programs will be Free to all residents of the Farragut Houses. Workshops on financial literacy, legal rights, educational opportunities, tax preparation, disability concerns and public speaking are just some of the topics we want to highlight. The goal is to share what we learn which may benefit our neighbors, and to expose all ages to some of the exciting programs, activities and events happening in our backyard.
Youth
Technology
We want to make sure the residents of the Farragut Houses are not left behind, so we plan to bring Technology programs to the forefront for all ages. Whether it’s teaching seniors how to use mobile phones or teaching our youth how to program a drone, there is always something new to learn.
Arts & Culture
Brooklyn is the hub of Arts and Culture for all, and our goal is to expose our residents to the artistic offerings across the borough. We will provide access to some of our museums, concert halls, arenas, theaters and outdoor spaces where Farragut residents can enjoy or participate in artistic and cultural expression. These activities will be geared to all ages and all genres of art.

Workforce Development
Partnering with local groups, we will host job fairs, training programs, resume workshops and mock interviews to help our residents take advantage of employment opportunities.
